Speech Healthy Lifestyle



Ladies and gentlemen,

Before we start, let us praise and thanks to God who give us his blessing then we are able to come here to attend an English speech contest 
Today, I would like to deliver my speech, about  HEALTHY  LIFESTYLE
Before we talking about healthy lifestyle, Surely we need to understand first what is the meaning of healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is someone’s habit to run healthy life in daily lives and avoid bad habits that can disrupt the health.

The problem is that people doesn’t know about how to keep their healthy earlier.  They don’t know how important it is, and I’m sure we’ll never know how important our healthy before we fall sick. So thanks God if you are ever sick, it will show you how painful it is and automatically we will promise ourselves to keep healthy more.
So, how should we keep our healthy?
I would like to share my opinion about healthy lifestyle which I practice on the other day, and it works. There are four points to keep our health which you can easily practice it on your daily activity

1. Healthy Morning
Morning is a good time to do little exercise, push up, sit up or just do jogging. It can make your body wet of sweat. After that, you can get breakfast. Breakfast is very important, imagine that our body is not supplied by anything from the last time we ate at night. Sure we need extra energy to start our life.

2. Healthy Night
Before take a rest, make sure that our body is clean, for example, we must brush our teeth, wash our face and may be take a bath before night comes. It’s very useful to keep our healthy life. because healthy is clean and clean is healthy.

 3. Say No to Drug and Alcohol
Teenager is very close to this problem, because their emotion is still labile. They always want to try all the way in front of them. But don’t ever think to try it, because once you try, you will be trapped. There are many example of these condition around us, you know what happened to the users?  Some become crazy, some send to the jail, and the others were death. All of them loose their future. I believe we don’t want such things happen to us.

4. Safe in Financial
Do not be consumptive, save some money,  just spend money only for main priority for life. Don't buy something useless, believe or not by saving allowance will make your mind happy because sometimes it will become big in number. For example, I will save 40 % my money every month; it can be good for my life in the future or maybe our children in the future.

Just for remember, how should we keep our healthy?
Do healthy morning, healthy night, say no to drugs and alcohol and save in financial.
Because ladies and gentleman, what should we do without healthy? The answered is NOTHING. So remember this every step you do, healthy is everything, everything, everything and everything is healthy. Nothing we can do without healthy.
